Nuterra, a full service commercial property developer and property management firm, came to Radi8 to revamp the image of Union Park Center, its premiere property.

Radi8 developed a brand identity for Union Park Center, and then incorporated the new brand into property brochures for each building in the office park. Radi8 developed a new website for the office park complete with new photography, more engaging copy, detailed maps, and an office space search function.

Nuterra approached Radi8 to design its iPhone and iPad app as well, where prospects can search the features of the office park’s buildings and see which facility is the right fit for them. Through the rebranding, Radi8 established a cohesive set of materials that is not only adding credibility and emphasizing the value of the space, but driving increased exposure and higher tenancy rates in Union Park Center.
