In 1999, Chris became Creative Director for About.com, an online portal and search engine. While there, he helped to redesign and re-brand the entire site. In 2001, Chris moved to Salt Lake City where he assumed the position of Chief Creative Officer for BYU and the LDS Church. In that position, Chris was responsible for the development of all Church web sites and the redesign of the BYU site, including the development of graphic standards. In 2006, Chris was asked to lead the branding of Move Networks and spent the next two years positioning Move as the “state of the art†leader in high quality online television. His work included every aspect of the brand from trade shows to their corporate websites. He also helped in developing the applications designs that are used by most of Move Networks client’s today.
Chris has a BFA from Parsons School of Design, NYC.

Her deep communications experience helps Radi8 Creative clients develop and increase their presence in enterprise, consumer, and infrastructure markets. She has worked with venture capital and private equity firms to provide strategic public relations services that help increase market visibility and valuation. Mary Kay has helped companies raise over 300 million dollars in funding and led many clients through the acquisition process. Her strategic lead on projects through strategy and public relations has led to press coverage in major business media, Oprah and placement on the cover of Time Magazine.
Today, Mary Kay works with marketing teams, founders, and executives to drive messaging and communications that increase sales and connect their businesses with the right prospects and customers.
